Today the company has at its disposal two production lines SITI B&T Group (Italy) and System Ceramics (Italy), based on which the mass production of porcelain tiles in the formats 600x600x10mm, 1200x600x10mm and 1200x200x10 mm is carried out, as well as the porcelain tile facing group in the current format 300x900mm. In addition, we are ready to produce for you large-format porcelain tiles up to 3200x1600 in size and up to 5 mm thick!
The production of special products is also carried out using Italian equipment from Ferrari & Cigarini. Mosaics, steps and skirting boards included in the warehouse program, complement each element of the warehouse program. In addition, we have the ability and experienceto produce special products in individual formats to complete design objects.

In the production of porcelain tile, natural raw materials are used: high-quality white clay, feldspars, sand, water, etc. One of the requirements of time is to use it as efficiently as possible. For this purpose, a closed production cycle has been developed, which is practically waste-free. This is possible due to the fact that waste generated at one or another stage of the technological process can be reused as raw materials.
The consumption of natural resources is optimized as much as possible. Process water is purified using special filters and then reused. In turn, returnable raw materials are sediments after filtration, dust and products that did not pass quality control before firing.
A dynamic assortment matrix based on real-time sales analysis allows you to create an optimal inventory with a monthly replenishment sufficient to cover the quarterly needs of the entire partner network.
